After a risk situation, the results of laboratory tests may be negative in the first few days or weeks. In the case of HIV, a reliable statement is only possible after 6 weeks, in the case of hepatitis C after 6 months and in the case of syphilis 3 to 5 weeks after a risk exposure.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Please bring the ID for identity verification to the testing.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Included tests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HIV test<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syphilis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hepatitis C IgG Screening (HCV)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#003399\" class=\"has-inline-color\">CHF 80.00<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#003399\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Processing fee and blood collection<\/mark><\/strong><br\/>For each order\/visit, there is a one-off processing fee and the cost of blood collection. <br\/>All prices include VAT.<\/p>\n\n<p>Processing fee CHF 27.00<br\/>Blood collection CHF 8.00<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">HIV information<\/mark><\/strong><br\/>A positive result should always be discussed with a doctor. If the HIV screening test is positive, a second blood sample must be taken. Only if the HIV confirmation test from the second sample is positive is an HIV infection considered confirmed.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Hepatitis C information<\/mark><\/strong><br\/>The usual screening test for hepatitis C is the detection of HCV-IgG antibodies in the blood. However, it can take several weeks after infection before the test is positive. If the screening test is positive, further confirmatory tests must be carried out, such as the HCV immunoblot or HCV RNA direct detection.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Syphilis information<\/mark><\/strong><br\/>If a person has previously had syphilis, the screening test remains positive. Only due to the activity marker RPR <strong> <\/strong>in such cases, it is possible to distinguish whether this person currently has an active infection. Syphilis does not leave any immunity. Reinfection can occur if the person comes into contact with the Treponema pallidum pathogen again.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#003399\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Duration until findings<\/mark><\/strong><br\/>Within 24 hours. The specified duration is an approximate time to the result and may vary, therefore not guaranteed.
